1.1 The Companys directors, executives, and employees must not engage in or accept any form of corruption or bribery, whether directly or indirectly, for the benefit of the organization, themselves, their families, friends, acquaintances, or for business advantages. This policy applies to all business activities both domestically and internationally, as well as to all relevant departments of the Company.
1.2 The Company shall regularly review compliance with this Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy, including reviewing practices and operational requirements to ensure alignment with business changes, regulations, rules, and legal requirements. Any violation, assistance, or cooperation in corruption or bribery shall be subject to disciplinary actions in accordance with the Companys regulations.
The Company hereby announces its Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy as follows:
The Company upholds ethics and integrity as fundamental principles in conducting business and shall not ignore any act that may lead to fraud or corruption, even if such act might benefit the Company. To ensure that all personnel do not overlook fraud and corruption, every employee of the Company must understand and strictly comply with the Anti-Fraud and Anti-Corruption Policy, Fraud Risk Management Manual, Good Corporate Governance Policy, Business Code of Conduct, workplace rules, relevant operational manuals, and other Company policies without exception.
The Company is committed to thoroughly and appropriately investigating all suspected cases of fraud, regardless of external factors (such as job position, length of service with the Company, or internal relationships of the accused). The investigation will be conducted impartially and without bias. Furthermore, the Company shall impose the maximum disciplinary measures on the offenders. In cases where it is found that personnel were aware of fraudulent acts but failed to report them, the Company will also consider disciplinary actions against those individuals.
"The Company has a policy not to demote, punish, or impose any negative consequences on employees who refuse to give or receive bribes, even if such refusal results in the Company losing business opportunities."
